Payments & Refunds

Refund Policy

Refund Policy — Heart Mind Alchemist + Academy

All Sales Are Final

When you purchase a digital course, workshop, or online event from Heart Mind Alchemist + Academy, the sale is final. Because our content is delivered instantly (or gives immediate access), we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, non-attendance, or unused portions of the program.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if a major failure occurs with the product or service you have purchased.
A “major failure” means the course or digital product:

is not accessible at all (for example, login or files don’t work and we can’t fix it), or
is substantially different from what was advertised.

If this happens, please contact us within 10 days of your purchase and we will review your claim under ACL guidelines.

How to Request a Refund (if applicable)
To request a refund under Australian Consumer Law, email us at [insert your contact email] with:

Your full name
The course name
Date of purchase
Description of the problem or issue accessing the content

We’ll respond within 7 business days to confirm next steps.

No Refunds for Non-Attendance or Change of Mind
If you decide not to complete your course, don’t log in, or simply change your mind after purchase, refunds are not available. This includes missing a live session or choosing not to download the materials.

Processing Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved under ACL, your access to the course will be removed and your refund will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds are made to your original payment method, minus any processing or transaction fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

Policy Updates
This Refund Policy may be updated at any time, but changes will not affect purchases made before the update date.
